Lake Fayetteville

The kids and I had a busy day of errands a couple of weeks ago and needed to get out of the car!  The weather was wonderful so we pulled in to Lake Fayetteville for a walk.  The kids had never walked there and were delighted to find the waterfall.
 They loved climbing on the rocks and with all the rain we had recently the creek was swift and beautiful.
I brought along a book I checked out from the library.  It was very good.  
 We left feeling calm and refreshed.  It is amazing what Nature can do for us.

    We have been there geocaching! LOve the cover of the book. I will read it since you liked it. You and I have similar tastes!:) Lori
